On Tuesday, 22 July, we hosted our annual Parent Information Evening for Year 6 students and their families—a night we always look forward to. This event is a highlight on our calendar, providing a chance to showcase the incredible opportunities offered at Wynyard High School. Families enjoyed a variety of engaging activities, from sampling student-made treats to playing 9-square and exploring student work samples.

The evening also offered a valuable opportunity for our staff and student leaders to start forming connections with our incoming cohort. We were thrilled to welcome our newest students and their families, and we look forward to celebrating their journey over the next four years. The positive feedback we received from the community reflects the pride and commitment of our staff and students.
